I have great respect for the office of the Vice President. It is very difficult to have any respect for Mr. Biden. Ignorance and arrogance are not effective tools to push one's misguided agenda. The man is an embarrassment to his office every time he opens his mouth. Emotionally driven rhetoric, void of common sense or reason, is not an acceptable means of governing. Joe is, however, very entertaining.

Biden, like most libs,is like a fly. He just eats sh1t and bothers people.

If Uncle Joe REALLY wanted to help America he would have himself a MASSIVE coronary and f**king die.

His tenure as an elected representitive of the people of Delaware should give you some idea about the people that live there.......

Hey Biden, the "gun lobby" is comprised of tens of millions of Americans. Seems you're getting too big for your britches if you think you can supress or remove the rights of that many people.

What a pathetic excuse for a Vice President that guy is. I know the position if VP is mostly a joke, but putting Biden in that office makes it an even bigger mockery.

Americans are ashamed of you Biden.

Why do they continue to mislead the public about background checks? No one can purchase a gun over the Internet without a background check. I buy almost all of my guns via the web and every one of them is shipped directly to a local dealer who has a Federal Firearms License who then registers the gun in my name.

It's how the rest of us benefit that matters.

The preoccupation with lawful citizens and what they own is easier than keeping violent people out of society.

None of the measures proposed will stop black market sales, will punish those supplying to criminals, nor punish criminals.

It is absolute nonsense to say we are going to get tougher in guns when you do not effectively prosecute offenders, or keep them locked away from society.

Why not apply the same enforcement of drug laws to firearm laws? Mandatory imprisonment for crimes committed with a firearm.
Too often firearm crimes are plea bargained to lesser, often dropped, charges. Breaking drug laws defendants are not given the option to plea bargain. You commit the crime you do the time. The only option a person has when arrested on drug charges to lessen penalty is to be a snitch. Which must lead to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) you snitch on.
Why single out firearms? Shouldn't crimes with all weapons fall under that same prosecutorial umbrella?

Asked and answered. But to catch you up, I think you gun fans are paranoid and certifiable. The rest of society benefits if you are deprived of such dangerous toys.
