There's no mention of Diety either, you're still correct.

In the USA , YES.
Well, I do not know what to tell you about where >YOUR< "America" went then, because you have misunderstood what the following words mean, apparently.

"We hold these truths to be self evident, THAT ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL, THAT THEY ARE ENDOWED BY THEIR CREATOR WITH CERTAIN INALIENABLE RIGHTS, THAT AMONG THESE ARE LIFE LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS."

It says "ALL MEN". It does not say all men born in the USA.
It says "ALL MEN".
That is the very core of the principles of freedom that your "America" was founded upon. It says that we ALL are born with certain inalienable rights inherent and that they are a part and parcel of our very bodies.

My question to you AGAIN is:

Were you born ON PLANET EARTH with certain inalienable rights as a part of your very being?

Yes or no?

In other words, do you have to have someone tell you to defend yourself before you can or will defend yourself?
Yes or no?

Do you need to have someone or a group of someones, write on a piece of paper somewhere, that you have an inalienable right to defend your life ... before you feel justified and empowered so that you can act for yourself and defend your own life when under attack?
Yes or no?

Will you defend your own life and those lives of your loved ones when under attack, no matter what it says on a piece of paper written in early America?
Yes or no?

Perhaps not.
Let me ask you the following question:

Where did you get your instincts and innate characteristics that not only make you human, but make you an unique human?

burden of proof, sticky lips.
A tilting of the scales, which means it is up to defense to have MORE than prosecution.
Do you remember insisting the burden of proof in affirmative defense was on prosecution?
Shug?
Wipe your chin.
I recall arguing that the BIGGER "burden" of proof is upon the prosecution and therefore the prosecution carries the BIGGER burden, and therefore the prosecution STILL CARRIES THE BURDEN OF PROOF.
THAT means that the prosecution STILL has to prove BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT, that their charges are correct and accurate.

ALL the defense has to de NO MATTER WHAT the DEFENSE strategy, is create doubt.
"By PREPONDERANCE of the EVIDENCE"
That's it. PERIOD.

The prosecution STILL needs a UNANIMOUS verdict.

The defense, even with an affirmative defense, needs ONLY one juror and the client walks.
Retrial? Doubtful in this case.

The defense needs how many to acquit?
Unanimous? OR Simple majority?

You do know the majority of men who signed this were slave owners.

And that they would later insist that a black man was only 3/5s a man.

And that the natives were not men at all?

And it took around 150 years for women to be as equal as a man?

Actually they did hold certain religous beliefs and those beielfs were basically Judeo-Christian beliefs.
So what?
Big deal. We ALL have our "beliefs".
The principles of freedom as spelled out in our founding documents are sound. They are sound even without the words "God" or "Creator" in them.

You better wake up and embrace what they were saying and shitcan all the anti "God" and "Jesus" crap. It's irrelevant to the point and purpose of the principles as put forth.

Again:
Where you born with an innate instinctual urge to defend your life when under attack?
Yes or no?

We don't care what you recall, we care what you actually said.
And no one here is waiting for you or any of your aliases ever to admit they could be wrong, even when you are given THE EXACT STATUTE that declares in the affirmative defense, the burden of proof lies on the accused.

Sure. No problem.
Which particular version of the many versions of the Bible I have here would you care to discuss?

How about we start with the Hebrew Bible shall we? You are used to getting things backwards, so it should be a good fit for you.

There are 100,527 people in Florida prison today who only needed on jury to say they were not guilty of what they were accused of.

The prosecutor in the pedophile case has over 90 percent conviction rate.

That's more than I can say for those unthinking fools who beat their socialistic revolution drums and endorse the final "hope and change" burial of America.

The USA is a political entity.

We can be right as rain but our founding documents pertain to us as Americans and those arriving on our shores.

Their are many who do not agree with us and hold the state above our ideals of individual liberty.

In my heart and on my fists we are correct.

I am a proven leader and I fight for what I believe is right but never underestimate the cowardice of the sheep .

By a human's very nature only a minority of people can be leaders and it is their burden to lead and one can only hope it is in the correct direction.

As you well know these questions have yet to be answered.

For one to say it is god is simplistic at best.

Today we know so much more then yesterday because of the Hubble telescope was the first such instrument to look out without the interference of our atmosphere but tomorrow we may have something new that again blows away preconceived notions.

I don't waste my time thinking about what made me when I can waste my time thinking about what can I do .
