Ya think!!!

One shouldn't have to opt out. It should have been defaulted to all out. What possessed the NY legislators to create more work for the county government? Leave it to New York.

What is messed up is in order to sell your AR, you need a background check done which can only be done at a gun store BUT no gun stores are doung them (in protest of the law i imagine, cant say i blame them) and it isnt in the bill that they need to do the check...Soooo how the frick is anyone supposed to sell their AR?? This gun law was a knee jerk reaction and Cuomo just wanted to put a gun bill through before Obama so that he would look good so he could run for president next election...ASSHOLE!

Each form cost taxpayers $16 to process on average estimate.

Ys, but what are they charging the people who are submitting these forms? I didn't see it in the article, and GUMMINT doesn't take your forms without a processing fee.

NY might have found yet another way to fill that tax gap ... PAY to keep your name out of the newspapers.

Of course Uncle Sam got his hand in the pot. at least the people are actually doing something to keep busy now, they are not used to working daily. getting up and getting there is one thing, but doing work when you arrived and all through the day is unusual.
