A panel of experts has recently determined that this poor INBRED’S complete inability to attract any attention from either sex has driven him to the rather bizarre behavior of impersonating Americans. He is doing this in the hope of attracting either reverend ted hagg.ard or a priest with a tub of vaseline, to which he hasn’t been successful.
He has now resorted to trying to kornhole his own aliases. This creature can most commonly found on the TOPIX gun threads, erect, spinning around like a dog chasing it’s tail, while trying to get at his own butt. It is also highly recommended that in the case of accidental contact you rinse yourself off with bleach and burn the clothes you were wearing

Of false Ideas of Utility.

A principal source of errors and injustice are false ideas of utility. For example: that legislator has false ideas of utility who considers particular more than general conveniencies, who had rather command the sentiments of mankind than excite them, and dares say to reason,`Be thou a slave'; who would sacrifice a thousand real advantages to the fear of an imaginary or trifling inconvenience; who would deprive men of the use of fire for fear of their being burnt, and of water for fear of their being drowned; and who knows of no means of preventing evil but by destroying it.

The laws of this nature are those which forbid to wear arms, disarming those only who are not disposed to commit the crime which the laws mean to prevent. Can it be supposed, that those who have the courage to violate the most sacred laws of humanity, and the most important of the code, will respect the less considerable and arbitrary injunctions, the violation of which is so easy, and of so little comparative importance? Does not the execution of this law deprive the subject of that personal liberty, so dear to mankind and to the wise legislator? and does it not subject the innocent to all the disagreeable circumstances that should only fall on the guilty? It certainly makes the situation of the assaulted worse, and of the assailants better, and rather encourages than prevents murder, as it requires less courage to attack unarmed than armed persons.

Begin part 2

It is a false idea of utility that would give to a multitude of sensible beings that symmetry and order which inanimate matter is alone capable of receiving; to neglect the present, which are the only motives that act with force and constancy on the multitude for the more distant, whose impressions are weak and transitory, unless increased by that strength of imagination so very uncommon among mankind. Finally, that is a false idea of utility which, sacrificing things to names, separates the public good from that of individuals.

There is this difference between a state of society and a state of nature, that a savage does no more mischief to another than is necessary to procure some benefit to himself: but a man in society is sometimes tempted, from a fault in the laws, to injure another without any prospect of advantage. The tyrant inspires his vassals with fear and servility, which rebound upon him with double force, and are the cause of his torment. Fear, the more private and domestic it is, the less dangerous is it to him who makes it the instrument of his happiness; but the more it is public, and the greater number of people it affects, the greater is the probability that some mad, desperate, or designing person will seduce others to his party by flattering expectations; and this will be the more easily accomplished as the danger of the enterprise will be divided amongst a greater number, because the value the unhappy set upon their existence is less, as their misery is greater.

So, there you have it.

The australian Government has revealed details of planned legislation to impose the nation's harshest penalties for serious home invasions.
State Attorney-General Michael Mischin says the legislation, introduced into parliament today, would see adult offenders who commit a serious assault during a home burglary jailed for at least 75 per cent of the maximum term.
A physical assault would attract a jail term of at least 7.5 years, while the penalty for a sexual assault would be at least 15 years.
Mr Mischin says the Government has also proposed changes to the existing "three strikes" policy.
"Essentially it will mean that if you commit three burglaries in a row on three separate days then you will have exhausted your three strike opportunities," he said.
Under existing legislation multiple break-ins can be counted as one strike.
Legislation introduced into Western Australia in 1996 mandated a minimum 12 months' jail for offenders with three or more "strikes".
Mr Mischin says the legislation will bring the penalties in line with community expectations.
If passed, the laws will be the nation's toughest, he says.
"People I think are of the view that the courts are not responding in accordance with community expectations as to the sorts of punishments to be imposed on those sorts of offenders," he said.
The laws were a key Liberal election promise and Police Minister Liza Harvey said last October they would be introduced by the end of this year.
However, she now says they will not be brought before Parliament until next year.
"With any mandatory penalties, we just want to be sure that we're getting it right," she said.
"So there's been a fair bit of consultation and work done in the drafting process

The proposed law doesn't go far enough.
If a rape is involved, then castration and removal of the penis should be required.
If murder is involved, a mandatory public hanging should be the norm.
If bodily harm is caused, then a public beating, followed by flogging should be the norm.
I guarantee that 'repeat offenders' would rapidly fade into mere memory.
No law has ever stopped a crime from happening, but the threat of a most sever punishment would keep all but the most incorrigible from even thinking about it!

Dummy, there were over a dozen attackers with machetes, and was only able to kill 30 people!
Imagine the death toll if those (over a dozen) attackers had GUNS???!!!
I assure you there would NOT be 150 injuries...those people would be dead too!
The death toll would be astounding!
Here's the difference: Over a dozen attackers could only kill 30 people with knives
ONE person with an assault weapon can kill dozens and dozens of people in seconds
