The problem is these "gun free zones".

Gun Free Zones are public shooting galleries that attract copycat mass murderers.

These copycat mass murderers know that if they manage to kill someone they will instantly become media celebrities.

On the other hand one of these latest shootings involved a place where the intended victims were armed (not a Gun Free Zone) and the would be media celebrity was dead before he could kill anyone.

Those who enable Gun Free Zones encourage copycat mass murder and they should face lawsuits for wrongful death.

Copycat killers who attempt their crimes in other areas get stopped by an armed citizen.

Bull crap

In the Georgia shooting the intended victims were armed, and the only one killed was the copycat.

These attacks will continue as long as the gun grabber media continues to make copycat killers into celebrities.

Report the news...

How dare they!

The 33,000 killed every year by firearms needs to be buried- especially those murder cases when the husband uses the gun he said was to protect the family to murder his wife... which happens several times a day, average.

Damn that First Amendment!

Link "gun free zones" to mass shootings, please. I want to see one-to-one correlations.

Also, please link me to incidences of armed "citizens" stopping mass shootings with concealed or other weapons.

NO 'armed citzens" have ever stopped mass shootings, you filthy liar.

Yes, that post was bull crap, alright.

There is no 'gun-grabber' movement or 'gun-grabber media.' There are mostly irresponsible idiots who own too many guns and either shoot their spouses, commit suicide, or accidentally kill one another due to mental incompetence.

Idiot.

Gun laws should be-

More strict - 33%
Less strict/stay the same - 67%

Wuh-oh.

In 2008 New York Times reporter David Rohde was kidnapped by the Taliban.

All major news outlets concealed his kidnapping until he was freed from captivity.

The lowlife scum have no problem concealing news when their nasty butts are at risk, but splash some copycat killer's name all over the news when schoolkids get gunned down.

Scum

Really?

Oct. 1, 1997
Luke Woodham fatally stabbed and bludgeoned his mother and went on to kill two students and injure seven others at his high school. Woodham was stopped by Assistant Principal Joel Myrick, a U.S. Army Reserve commander, who detained Woodham by using a .45 caliber semi-automatic pistol he kept in his truck, until authorities could show up.
Myrick stopped Woodham from going across the street to the middle school.

April 24, 1998
Andrew Wurst showed up to his middle school dance with his .25-caliber pistol. He fired it, killing a teacher, wounding a second one, and injuring two students. The 14-year-old’s shoot-out lasted about 20 minutes. It was ended when James Strand, the owner of the banquet hall the dance was happening in, confronted Wurst with his personal shotgun. He ordered Wurst to drop his weapon and held the teenager in place for 11 minutes before finally getting him to drop the weapon and lie on the ground, and then searched him for other weapons.

Jan. 16, 2002
A 43-year-old Nigerian former student named Peter Odighizuwa arrived on campus with a handgun. There are different variations of the story, but according to eyewitness accounts, law students Tracy Bridges, a county sheriff’s deputy, and Mikael Gross, a police officer, ran to their cars after hearing gunshots and grabbed personally owned firearms. They approached Odighizuwa, ordering him to drop his firearm; he did and was subdued by unarmed students.
Three people were killed and three others were wounded.

Dec. 9, 2007
A former police officer from Minnesota named Jeanne Assam was at church when a 24-year-old gunman named Matthew Murray began firing at parishioners in the parking lot. Murray claimed two victims before Assam opened fire on him with her personally owned concealed weapon. After receiving multiple hits from Assam, Murray then shot himself.

Dec. 11, 2012
Two people were killed and a third was seriously wounded in Clackamas County, Oregon, when Jacob Roberts opened fire in a local shopping mall. Nick Meli, a shopper in the mall, drew a personally owned firearm on Roberts, who then retreated. Meli did not fire his weapon, for fear of striking bystanders.

LOL ... in the history of the USA you've managed to come up with 5 examples which actually proves the exception rather than the rule. Besides all of these guys were either military or police, nice try thou ...

The gun grabbers are crapping out.

Even a jello man could crush their pathetic arguments.

Their numbers are small and shrinking as polls demonstrate.

Fewer Americans trust their crank efforts with every passing year.

They realize gun grabbing cranks are closet Nazis trying to install a police state - with them in charge.

A police state is the only place they can force their crank views on the majority.

Ain't gonna happen, gun grabbing losers.

Columbine - gun free zone
Sandy Hook - gun free zone
Do your own googling, lazy chump.
so what are you actually saying in your infinite wisdom? Remove the "Gun Free Zone" ordinance and the shootings will stop? Schools and many other public locals have, and rightfully so, banned drugs, tobacco, weapons, bullies and alcohol!

No, I only listed five because I wanted to prove a point without writing a freakin' book.. there are MANY more cases but you will never hear about them in the leftist anti-gun media. If those cases are "the exception" it's only because psycho shooters choose targets that they KNOW are unarmed such as folks in a "gun free zone".

So you're saying that because SOME, NOT ALL, of the individuals in the incidents I listed were FORMER police or OFF DUTY police or FORMER soldiers or PART TIME soldiers that makes a difference? Are you really that naive? The best way to stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun. In all of the cases I listed the individuals used PERSONAL weapons and were in the process of being normal Americans not patrolling and or on duty etc. PLAIN AND SIMPLE. Try again.....
