4 California Residents Filed A Lawsuit Challenging Ca Gun Law

The Second Amendment Foundation, The Calguns Foundation and four California residents today filed a lawsuit challenging a California state law and regulatory scheme that arbitrarily bans handguns based on a roster of "certified" handguns approved by the State.

And where was the NRA? Nowhere... That is why I support gun rights groups other than the NRA. I didn't see the word "compromise" anywhere in the 2nd Amendment.

Perhaps it is better the NRA is not involved with every senond amendment issue. I support many gun rights groups. I think it may be better that we do not rely on the NRA for every one of our fights.

In terms of 2nd amendment battles this one is a smaller regional battle better handles by CalGuns and the 2nd amendment foundation. I agree save the NRA for the bigger Washington battles or with our other enemy the United Nations.
