We don't know if Martin slugged Zimmermen first or if Zimmermen slugged Martin first.
How do we know if Zimmermen asked "What are you doing here"? Zimmermen also was not supposed to be carring a gun there to begin with.
Zimmerman has a ccw permit.

There was nothing wrong with him being armed.

Zimmerman couldmind his own business and now he'll pay. No law against walking down the street. He pushed the issue and now its pushing back. He deserves every thing he gets. He and his wife have already proved themselves to be liars.

If right wing neanderthals traded their hand guns for another hand they'd probably feel better.

Too bad for you that you can't get the facts straight.
Martin was NOT on the sidewalk. Rather, he was walking on the lawns very close to the houses. That in itself constitutes criminal trespass, and warranted closer attention.
That neighborhood had been subject to frequent burglaries.
So, you, and several others posting here, are simply engaged in making excuses for someone whom excuses should not be made.

If leftist idiots such as yourself were to extract their cranium from their anal orifice, they'd suddenly be able to 'see' the error of their ways, and NOT make the kind of remarks you've made above.

Do we really know who approached who?
The closest that I have heard or aware of is the G/F statement regarding what she heard on Treyvon's phone. That would be the first verbal contact initiated by Treyvon. Other than that, any thing else would be speculation going either way.

At this or any point, that's speculative, but no. I'm going to tell him that it's none of his effin buisiness, then I'm going to pull out my CZ 75b and tell him that I'm going to blow his brains out if he doesn't go away.

Not unlike this:

As far as I'm concerned, the only thing that Martin is guilty of is not having a gun.

My very first comment was, "a Hispanic shoots a black american in Florida; I'm shocked."

Chew on that. The fact that Martin is a black american plays a bigger role in your assumption of Zimmerman's innocence. Martin was walking down the street, nothing more, nothing less, Zimmerman stalked him for a reason, what was it?

Yes please explain "what was it". Since many black young men live in Florida why did George only see this one as suspicious? Could it be because he was off the sidewalk looking into homes and looked like he was on drugs (which the coroner confirmed)? The FBI concluded after a complete investigation that race played no part in Trayvons death. I'm sure you know more than they do since you were there and saw it all. Haa Haa Haa.

IF someone were following you with intent to harm or kill you just how much notice do you think they will give you for you to have time to draw your CZ 75b?

Maybe he doesn't want the suspicious acting guy to know where he lives. Listen to the tape.
Colt 45 wrote:

For the simple fact that the only wound Martin had was a single GSW to the chest. He had know other offensive wounds (no cuts, no bruising). Zimmerman OTOH had a broken nose indicating he was punched by Martin.
Colt 45 wrote:

Statements from Martin's girlfriend and from Zimmerman.
Colt 45 wrote:

Bullshit. Zimmerman had a license to carry a concealed weapon issued by the state of Florida.

You really need to read up on the facts of this case because your knowledge of it is severely lacking.

Listen to the tape of Zimmerman talking to the dispatcher. Martin wasn't "just walking down the street".
