Federal appellate court upholds Md. handgun permit laws
A federal appeals court has upheld Maryland's handgun permitting law, reversing a lower court decision by concluding that the state can constitutionally require applicants to show "good and substantial reason" that they need concealed-carry licenses.

This is a violation of the 2nd Amendment. Maryland could end all it's "Thuggery" by allowing law abiding citizens to carry concealed firearms. The fact is that Maryland does NOT want to end it's thuggery. LEGAL GUNS END THUGGERY.

By the time the SCOTUS rules on CC, everyone here will be old and or dead.
