It SHOULD be easy for bad people to obtain guns, that's one result (rightfully so) for having a 2nd amendment.

All people have a natural right to protect themselves from harm by using a weapon if neccessary.

Btw, it is the govt's illegal antigun laws that create the gun blackmarket where bad people can easily buy guns.

Even the police admit it is thru straw buyers that bad people obtain MOST guns.

Everytime a person becomes 21 years old he or she is eligible to buy a gun at retail market price and then sell it for double that price in the gun blackmarket.

A handgun that legally sells for $500.00 in a gun store will sell for $1000.00 on the street.

After the Govt prohibits some people from having guns, those people buy them in the gun blackmarket. Thus (like drug laws) the govt's antigun laws create the gun blackmarket, and the more the cops "crackdown" on the gun blackmarket, the more lucrative it is to buy and sell blackmarket guns. Hence, the illegal gun dealers appreciate the govt's efforts, and success, to arrest other illegal gun dealers.

LOL

A gangbanger/drug dealer/criminal pays the street price. You're an idiot. Why ?

Why do people risk jail and become straw buyers ? Answer that, Dummy.

Answer: because they can double their money. The gun blackmarket (same as the drug blackmarket) is lucrative. Duh.

Wrong again, Dummy.

The cops and antigun politicians are always blaming the local gun stores for the "easy access" of guns used in crime.

for once I have to agree with Tommy because someone broke my window out of my car and stoled my gun a couple months ago, probley sold it for crack or something. I've replaced it but I hope the loser shoots himself with it before I get it back. It will show up one day, probley in Mexico.

ok tory just because yu got brainwashed from a newspaper docent mean its credible. I've seen it through my eyes and my experience go down to the sheriffs office they'll tell yu the same thing. burglars run rapid especially in orange county and a lot of times they do these burgalryies they get guns. then they can sell em and always make a profit because they didn't pay for them in the first place also they can traffic these stolen guns to place like ny chicago and new jersey and sell em. its as simple as that. the straw buyers think happens but not as much as people stealing guns.

all the chicago tribune is trying to do is empower criminals by destroying your legal right to own a firearm. this only makes it easier for criminals. another example look at a state like arizona less strict gun laws. less homicides go to a state like chicago with the toughest gun laws they have the most homicides.

No. The drug dealer sells drugs, AND buys a gun so he can protect his selling turf by murdering (with a gun) his competition.

The drug dealer has plenty of money to buy a gun (stolen by a thief, or bought by a straw buyer).

It is common sense, blackmarket guns come from straw buyers and then from theft. Anyone who says most blackmarket guns come from theft are defending the antigun police. The worst Americans are the police.

well I'm end the conversation by sending this you haven't been around the street so you don't know what goes on the most drug dealers get their guns from crack heads. most gang members are majority poor and can't afford thousand dollar guns. they get guns the crackheads steal. i could see you have been brainwashed you should go see for your self i can't really explain anything else to someone who just dosent wanna learn.
