Governor To Sign New Gun Legislation

Governor Pat Quinn is planning to sign new gun legislation today. The measure will increase penalties on gun owners who fail to report the theft or loss of a weapon.

Another Feminine reaction from Governor Quinn. Can we vote these women out off office for good. To many women in government makes for emotional responses, not rational ones. Quinn, Retire already and go shopping for a new dress.

Not reported in this article is the fact this Bill , nor Law, also changes Illinois firearm transfer law. As of 1 Jan all transfers from private citizens are required to go thru the Il State Police to insure the receivers FOID is valid.
Nothing yet from the ISP for cost or how a private citizen can perform a background check.
