NY Considers Changes In New Gun Control Law

Gov. Andrew Cuomo and legislative leaders are considering changes in New York's new gun control law involving the new limit of seven bullets in magazines.

What a bunch of farkin' idiots. These guys could screw-up a one car funeral. Couldn't do the appropriate research (or ask someone who KNOWS) before going headlong into technology they know nothing about. Then, backpedal to "correct" something that was asinine to begin-with. Gee, d'ya think it might have something to do with manufacturers threatening to leave NY and/or refuse to sell to NY police entities? Is the pool of eligible candidates for public office THAT shallow...or are only criminals and other sub-par humans interested in the work? And what frosts MY nuts is we PAY these idiots to administer OUR lives. Letting these people make decisions for us is like sending your dog to the butcher shop to bring home some hamburger.

New York idiocy at it's finest. The big problem with the Assembly especially is that they have districts that would elect them no matter what. Sheldon Silver is a power hungry bastard that will do anything to keep that power. He realizes now that they angered too many people with the magic 7 round limit when the industry standard is 10 rounds. I don't trust any of them by any means....

The only reason Cuomo is backing off is because the PIGS complained the 7-round law applied to them too.

All antigun laws originate with cops. Cuomo figured the police were behind him completely when the law was quickly created.

The Colorado Legislature is democrat majority (house and senate). Can you believe that, the Illinois Legislature has more republicans.

Colorado HAD a gun culture; it's gone now (IMO).
