LOL, good comeback.
I believe Palin only received 3% of the straw poll at CPAC. I don't think she's anything more than a Don Rickles roast anymore.
Well, Sarah certainly fits Rickles' "dummy" accolade.

I think in all my life, I've never experienced a so-called politician, from either side, quite as clueless as Sarah Palin. And mind you, there are so many to choose from.
The "credit" of course goes to John McCain, who dragged this banshee from oblivion onto the national stage. We owe him our thanks, both for the laughs, and for bringing so many vacuous bigots out of the woodwork.

Kerry and Jane Fonda should have teamed up, who knows how much damage they could have done. Nixon didn't kill those 58,000 most of them were killed during LBJ's time on the seat. Nice try though.
Looks like you are endorsing Hillary for Prez, what did you think of her husbands dodging the service during VN?
He was a Rhode Scholar, inbred. Why would we send our best of the best to die in Nam, another ridiculous, UNNECESSARY war? He went on to become one of our greatest presidents in American History. Thank God he didn't die in Nam....

I guess it must have slipped your mind that Cheney got multiple deferments, and Bush, he didn't even bother to show up at the NG. No one can even present a picture of him in uniform with other soldiers at that time. Just that one picture of him getting into a fighter jet, pretending to be a pilot, like he did in his infamous MISSION ACCOMPLISHED picture. lmao

What is real sad is that one day many who write on these boards will put up or shut up. And the real test will come to those who are on the so called victors side in a mean fascist state is to not hurt the opposition or the ones labeled the reason for all of our problems. What worries me if that for the years I have been on this board, not one progressive has written that he/she would do that.
You might want to consider the fact that progressives consider your ideology inhumane, greedy, bigoted, and hopelessly ignorant. You keep vilifying President Obama, who most of us greatly admire, for his efforts, his successes, and his plain decency, and you expect an even-handed reaction?
If you want progressives not to "hurt" the opposition, come up with something even marginally acceptable to discuss. Until then, I will continue to do my best to hurt the opposition, to destroy it if I can.

well if we don't send our best, who do we send, second best? 3rd best? And at the time, it was not optional, you signed up for the draft whether you were our best or our worst, in a perfect scenario, whenever your name came up.....whoosh, off ya go....that didnt apply for senators sons, or fortunate ones, to quote the song, but Clinton was not a senators son, so he hadda hide in England. When I asked LWolfe if he was going to give the same pass to bush/cheney, that he said he gave to kids hiding in Canada, I didnt get an answer yet.

I dunno, Maxine Waters could be put in the same category, she's pretty goofy. don't get me started, or I'll tell ya a tale about a Georgia congressman that said if we put too many soldiers on the island of Guam, it might tip over....you can't make that shit up.

yeah, but my question was, after your comment about kids going to Canada etc to avoid VN, and I asked you if you were giving that same pass to bush/cheney, and I ain't seen no answer yet. The questions get tougher
I'll need to cram. But if your question has to do with whether or not I forgive Bush and Cheney for avoiding military service during the VN War, that is about the only thing I can forgive them for. However, it's worth considering the fact that, in their case, their motivation was not anti-war, but to keep their precious asses out of harm's way.

It is in decline. And president obama is not leader of ALL OF THE PEOPLE. he and the Dems have done a number on the middle class not privlidged by agendas. This is the same thing they have done in cities. There are people that loss much of their wealth. and most of this is by pure politics. And it is not one sided. He is even taxing people more. There are now fifty million people collecting welfare. There are millions and millions more that are eligable but are taken care of by their families and/or still have to much pride. This guy is a bum. He did not have to be. This will not sustain itself. History proves it. Something wicked will happen.

ok, well thank you for your honesty. I forgive them too. I often get blasted for my failure to serve, I was drafted in the summer of 67 but I failed the physical. It wasn't my idea to have a physical deformity, but they sent me home, with an offer of free surgery, should I desire. I recall being not too unhappy at the time, so I guess I dodged the draft too, speaking metaphorically. Nothing wrong with keeping your precious ass out of harms way. Bubba was doing that in England, just as bush/cheney were doing it here. According to xoxoxox, rhodes scholars should be given a pass.

yeah I know, but spelling it with an e at the end, lends a little bit of class, kinda like the Starbucks double espresso cappucino latte' ends in an e.

when I was young, we were so poor if the big bad wolf had come to our door, he woulda have to bring a picnic lunch.(what song is that from?)

I'll make it clear for that inbred brain of yours. Maybe real men drink Merlot, but your guy Mittens went to France and gorged out on quiche and bordeaux while supporting the war he was dodging at the same time. Now why don't you get your inbred head out of where the sun don't shine and tell us all why you just voted for a gutless draftdodger.

YOu just added further justification for dismissing the biased nonsense coming from you and yours.

Something wicked has already happened. Obama and his supporters are doing all they can to correct it.
