Federal appeals court to hear Maryland gun permit arguments

The 4th Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond, Va., will hear arguments on Maryland's concealed carry law Wednesday, following a federal court ruling earlier this year opened the way for more people in Maryland to get carry permits.
