1 Alaska..<quoted text>
They only abide by 'federal'[unconstitutional] law because of the funding cuts if they don't.
All of the above, along with more than half the states in the union. Are presently introducing legislation that will eliminate federal checks altogether. And this by having firearms produced in their own states. Which will bypass federal control/regulations altogether.
To bad for the anti-freedom/liberty crowd, eh? All the sycophants will be forced to relocate to Commipornia and Knew Pork.
Alaska restricts people from carrying guns in any place where alcohol is served for on-site consumption, schools, domestic violence shelters, courts, and correctional institutions.
State law prohibits the carrying of firearms in certain areas. These prohibited areas include:
Hydroelectric or nuclear power generating stations
Polling places on election day
Secured areas of airports
K-12 School grounds
Establishments which are licensed to sell alcohol for consumption on the premises
Gun dealers are required to keep a record of all handgun sales. It is illegal to carry a gun on school property or in a courthouse
Places in Wyoming where it is illegal to carry a gun include:
Law enforcement facilities
Professional athletic events
Establishments where the sale of alcohol for on-premises consumption is the primary business
Like I said douchebag. All states have some form of gun law.
And no one is from any anti-freedom
