Yeah, well this SCOTUS has been getting a lot of decisions wrong. Once we replace Kennedy and/or Scalia, then we'll get rid of those rulings.
LMAO........once the real madness of this inept administration and dem policies since 2006 hit home in Jan 2014..........you're not going to be able to replace them...patience is a good thing.

Do let us know when you find the law that disarms "law-abiding" citizens.

I understand that the requirement that will keep you and felons from buying weapons will be damn inconvenient...

PS: You will find- like 90 percent of Americans- real Marines want to have background checks on gun sales.

Yesterday the dumbasz rep. Degette of Colorado..........
Questioned on what's to be done with the millions of high-capacity magazines already in circulation, DeGette asserted that they'd be discarded once they're used.

"I will tell you these are ammunition -- bullets -- so the people who have those now they are going to shoot them, and so if you ban -- if you ban them in the future, the number of these high capacity magazines is going to decrease dramatically over time because the bullets will have been shot and there won't be any more available," she said.

Too stupid to know the magazines can be reloaded......the dem brain.......hahahahahahahahaha hahahahahahahaha

This is fun..

Real Marines DON'T call for putting people in camps who disagree with a political faction, real Marines don't call for drone killing of other AMericans, real Marines don't "volunteer" to go around the country and shoot conservatives..........he did.

He doesn't know anything about where he "claimed" to have been stastion...he's been busted by two real Marines about buildings at Camp Pendleton.........

He's a phoney, fake liar and spit on every vet in the country and those who back him do the same..

He's just punk who wears his Jay-Z clothes and his pants around below his butt...claimed to be a Marine and talks a good fight.

Whats unbelievable is that there is no factual evidence that they have made anyone safer, but a ton of facts that prove they are more vulnerable. That school was selected by Lanza because he new it was a soft target. Now all of CT is a soft target. This serves as a great example of the difference between thinking with your head, and acting based on what your heart tells you. CT is a state full of fools.
As I've been saying, gun control legislation in the wake of Sandy Hook is akin to banning SUV's, limiting the amount of fuel they can carry, or limiting the size of their fuel tanks if Lanza had blasted through the school yard playground fence and run those children and teachers down in a Range Rover.

Liberals/progressives/Democrat s are stupid; I'm surprised we've survived as a country this long.

So you're not real happy with that philosophy when it works against something you favor?
The states have those rights granted to them by the constitution, just like the federal government. Is doing tongue twisters a hobby for you or is mental materbation your boy toy?

Now that the crook Malloy signed the new crap here it really makes me wonder about the next step. The corruption in N.Y. that is getting busted over the last two days is the starter kit for this state. Blumenthal helped Feinstein author the anti-gun bill, he was also our Attorney General for 20 years. Thanks to his in-laws owning a lot of media, his actual deeds have not been to widely known. A few highlights are when first elected claimed himself as the "Environmental A.G.", then actually dissmissed many lawsuits against the dumpers leaving millions in clean-up that wasn't done, and poisons our waters to this day. Former Gov. Rowland went to jail over bribery charges. Blumenthal claimed to have been starting his own investigation while he actually signed and approved the crooked contracts. Gave his ex law partner 1/4 billion $$ in no bid and maybe no work contracts. Allowed the theft of 100 million $$ from the Teachers Retirement Fund, refused to help despite pleas of the State Treasurer. Helped in creating and defining new laws for Eminent Domain while people of New London pleaded for help to save their homes. Land grab was for private developers. "Stopped" electric monopoly to create electric supplier monopoly. So when it comes to the underhanded, lying, two faced politics, this is the birthplace of it. The dumpers live in Newtown as well, so it's a nice tight knit crooked family here. I wonder if Wasserman-Shultz is related to Julia Wasserman, former Newtown rep. Then there are the state agencies involvment.
