Swat and helicopters surrounded his house. They found opium inside too. He's in big trouble, and he'll also be charged with STUPIDITY in the fifth degree.
Guess what people, in D.C. the govt has its own version of the 2nd amendment:
"the right of the govt to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed by the people."
Eveything is backwards in D.C.
Before D.C. cops ask for a search warrant, they search your house first. If they find contraband, they ask for a search warrant to seize the conraband they found.
Kokesh attempted to dance at the Lincoln memorial with twenty others. This was illegal, so cops arrested him. Some things are not worth it. Kokesh had an excellent idea of assembling at a Potomac bridge outside of D.C. and fully armed. This idea would work if enough people participated, but Kokesh cancelled it.
