This is not a new thing. The States GAVE power TO the Federal government; they can take it back anytime. State nullification of Federal laws is an acceptable approach to rogue laws. Seems like Wyoming citizens are freedom-minded and understand that those who they elect to represent them are EMPLOYEES, not leaders. We lead, they do our bidding. Can you imagine this happening in Kalifornia or New Jersey? God-bless the Red-Blooded Americans of Wyoming.
