You deny the truth. Murder is illegal. That should stop it , right?

No amount of laws will stop those who commit heinous acts.

Right...and all because "The Top" wants to screw Americans. Funny how all those rich people and corporations just popped up out of nowhere when Reagan was elected. Guy must have been a magician.
BTW, your last "15%" claim is an outright lie.
the tax rates on the highest earners were reduced and new breaks were added during Reagan. Know your history. Lobbyists own the country now and are international enterprises that don't care about the US. Meanwhileyour big concern is making sure the mentally unstable can purchase an arsenal at wallmart without waiting.

I would really like to see your source for the statistics you used.
How hard is it to see that the rich provide the jobs, either directly or indirectly. How hard is it to see that Republicans are not the only rich people? You act like Democrats are all poor and Republicans are all rich.
No,, I act like the mentally of the Repubs are only for the rich. It would be hard for you or anyone to prove otherwise. As far as numbers they all come from studies of the IRS reports and the US Census 2009 reports which is the only true total data there is about income. The last CBO ( the office that both sides have used for years) was in 2007. Economist have continued to build reports on these numbers released mainly 2010 and 2011 showing an even wider gap currently.
.
A 2011 study by the CBO[16] found that the top earning 1 percent of households gained about 275% after federal taxes and income transfers over a period between 1979 and 2007, compared to a gain of just under 40% for the 60 percent in the middle of America's income distribution.[16] Other sources find that the trend has continued since then.[17][18] Income inequality is not uniform among the states; as measured by the Gini coefficient: after tax income inequality in 2009 was greatest in Texas and lowest in Maine.[19]

Apparently you can't, and are deflecting the argument yourself. Which also makes you a hypocrite.
Ooops!:)
Conservative brains are blank slates that the Republican New World Order writes on, then like good little cannon fodder, they repeat the exact words, but can never come up with THOUGHTS of their own. That's the price they pay for being too LAZY to WORK, to do any research.
The facts are that conservatives vote for big government, because they don't have a clue what big government is, and they vote for those traitors who will take their guns away and they're too brain-dead to know it.
It's THEIR New World Order that is trying to take all guns from citizens because they fear an uprising once the brainless conservatives figure out how badly they've been duped, if that EVER happens.

Troops Ordered To Kill All Americans Who Do Not Turn In Guns!!!

Troops went to DRY houses after Katrina to take guns, ignoring rape victims, hurricane victims, etc.
Troops fight AGAINST liberals, not FOR them, so only conservative morons believe that liberals are behind FEMA’s crimes.
No, it’s always conservatives promoting violence - something they never figure out because they’re too lazy to even look up the word, to see what they are.
Conservatives started this civil war, and claimed it was God’s will, when intelligent people know that Satan is the Father of Lies -

All the laws do now is guarantee them unarmed victims. You should be ashamed of yourself.

My claim was the very top pay 15%. You are somewhat correct in it being a lie. The exact number % average tax rate they pay is around 13%. The BEST report on this is a 12 year study. I've listed the link below.

Define everything possible.

Is it possible to restrict gun rights of law abiding citizens to restrict gun access for criminals and fugitives?

position is:

a) that there should be no laws if people can get away with violating them;

b) that prioritizing enforcement efforts on criminals and the mentally ill isn't warranted and is a threat to you;

c) that a person who does not join the arms race is really asking to be a shot.

A) the laws out there now that infringe on the otherwise law abiding are not capable of stopping criminals. They need to be repealed.

B) Now law enforcement efforts focus on the law abiding. Repealing those laws will force law enforcement to focus on the true criminals.

C) Forcing someone to forgo the best means to defend themselves is immoral. In fact that should be criminal.

Of course I understand the difference. Not relevant, unless you're going to claim the "function" of a gun is to kill people.

Unless the person in question is incarcerated, DUI's do not prevent a person from buying OR driving a vehicle.

Yes, I understand "everything possible" could include removing guns from society so they cannot be obtained in any manner by criminals and the "MENTALLY UNBALANCED INDIVIDUAL."

How many criminals attempt to purchase guns legally? Define "mentally unbalanced".

Speaking of mentally unbalanced individuals, what's your solution to someone who may not yet be diagnosed, or someone who may not be "unbalanced" but has a family history?
