Is-Is.

Poor preppie. Doesn't have it in him to admit he was wrong.

Even when he flat out is factually wrong.

And proved wrong.

After he tried to make an excuse for being wrong about Louisana being the state with the largest black population, he changed it to being the state with the highest per capita population- never admitting he was wrong.

Funny, then I proved Louisiana doesn't even have the highest per capita black population, and he insisted he wasn't wrong, but the figures he insists he found were wrong:

Liar!! At just over 3.5 million, New York State has by far the largest Black population of any state in the nation.

Barestool2626 those numbers from that link I posted are from the Federal Government as stated and you know all about using different aliases besides there you go again asking yourself "So it isn't Louisiana?" and then responding back to yourself "Are you sure, AnalOriface?" which proves you really are screwed up.

So you are saying that Louisiana doesn't have the largest black population and if someone said it did, he/she would be wrong?

And if you proved him/her wrong, he/she must have a problem with his/her ego?

I don't know, you are still setting the bar for that honor.
You are supposed to think that the person that put the video up titled it "Inventing the Internet" You are supposed to think the video, not the title of the video is the pertinent part of the link. You are not supposed to lie about what I said, or assume I titled the video, or credit me with any part of the video. It was a source! I understand your confusion, since you never use sources that do not come directly from you. Your projection is the problem with communication here.
Stop whining we can easily clear this up, do yoiu believe Al Gore thinks, and said so, he invented the internet - yes or no?!

I think Al Gore got carried away patting himself on the back to woo the public. I think his statement can be taken several ways, and he knew that. Do I think he said he invented the Internet? No. Do I think he implied it? Yes. He's a politician. It's what they do. But, unlike you, I see fault where fault is. Not only when it is Republican, Democrat, Tea Party, or Libertarian.

Gosh, but the right wingers still insist he does.

Funny how that goes.

Funny how you in the same breath can say Gore implied it when you say you insist you didn't imply he did.

Myself: I like taking the exact quote so there is no mistaken what was said by whom, and then watch as he flops around it.

That's funny. I have a Masters and a Doctorate.

Doing you backpedaling routine again, the fact is, and easily verifiable, that Al Gore even back in 1970s promoted legislation that funded an expansion of the ARPANET, allowing greater public access and helping in the development of the Internet. Gore was involved with computers long before it became public knowledge as a Congressman and later as Senator and Vice President. Before computers were comprehensible Gore attempted to explain artificial intelligence and fiber-optic networks to sleepy colleagues in congress.

Internet pioneers Vint Cerf and Bob Kahn have long praise Al gore for his involvement with legislation promoting the internet to the public and credit both Gore and the Gore Bill as a critical moment in Internet history. In Bob Kahnís own words, quote:ďAs far back as the 1970s Congressman Gore promoted the idea of high-speed telecommunications as an engine for both economic growth and the improvement of our educational system. He was the first elected official to grasp the potential of computer communications to have a broader impact than just improving the conduct of science and scholarship ... the Internet, as we know it today, was not deployed until 1993. When the Internet was still in the early stages of its deployment, Congressman Gore provided intellectual leadership by helping create the vision of the potential benefits of high speed computing and communication. As an example, he sponsored hearings on how advanced technologies might be put to use in areas like coordinating the response of government agencies to natural disasters and other crises.Ē

When I proved that you were wrong about the black population in Louisiana, you changed it to Louisiana having the largest per capita black population.

Without admitting you had it wrong.

And then when I PROVE YOU WRONG AGAIN: Louisiana did not have the largest per capita black population... where did you see fault?

Existing information? which you could not ever find?

Even after I proved you wrong with US census data going back to 1960?

Heaven forbid you post a correction to one of your posts. It claims it proved you wrong, and harps on it for months. Possibly years, only time will tell.

I've noticed. He reminds me of a dog with a bone- chews it down to nothing and always goes back to THAT spot in the yard as if the bone were still there. Kinda sad and stoopid at the same time.

Ah... the information "came" from somewhere...

You can just say that you were wrong- and you were wrong three times- and we can move on to the next thing you were wrong about.
