http://swampland.time.com/2013/02/04/the-most...
Who said the GOP is worried about millionaires?

Given the fact that the top 10% of wage earners in this country pay 71% of all federally collected taxes, I think they should have some representation when the vultures come back for even more.

What Republicans realize is that taxation causes reaction. Liberals think that when government comes after people for more money, they just stand in line holding their wallets open and their eyes shut as government pulls out the bills.

There is no truth to this. If you don't believe me, look at the wealthy moving out of liberal areas like NYC, Mass. Cali. Look at the millions of jobs that went overseas.

Yes, there is a problem with American household incomes which decreased during the DumBama administration. Obviously, most Americans are not concerned about household income. They reelected the moron.

But it's like my father always said "Son, making money isn't the problem. An idiot can make money. The problem is people being able to keep their money."

That brings us to Commie Care. The IRS released data that suggests that once Commie Care is fully enacted, it will cost $20,000 per year for a family to have health insurance. Tobacco users are about 20% of our country, yet, in spite of DumBama promising people making under $250,000 per year will see no new taxes of any kind, he's responsible for the largest increase in cigarette prices; a sin tax on top of tobacco manufacturers increasing their prices with expected decrease in sales.

What are these people who suffer low household incomes going to do when they have to use what they have leftover to pay the $2,400 fine for not having healthcare insurance? That's a big bite out of middle-class income. And of course, the fines get higher and higher by the year. Then they have to worry about their utility bills. DumBama closed down many coal fired electric plants and the ones he allowed to remain open had to pump millions into their existing plants which gets passed down to the consumers.

So between utility bills, healthcare insurance, sin taxes, healthcare fines, ATM card fees, tobacco fees which statistically, most smokers are lower to middle-class, it's clear that Democrats are not worried about the money in the pockets of middle income earners. In fact, Democrats are the enemy of middle-income earners.

The standard moronic explanation by the gun-a-holics crowd Ė everything is based on more guns, how said and pathetic. There have been lots of studies conducted why crime dropped sharply and unexpectedly starting in the 1990s. To no surprise, all studies pointing to more guns where conducted by rightwing think tanks, financed by the gun lobby! Independent studies, however, point to four primary factors: increases in the number of police presents, increases in the size of the prison population, the waning of the crack epidemic, and the legalization of abortion in the 1970s.
There are reliable studies that point this out? By all means, please post a few.

No wonder bushie invaded iraq. He pulled a fast one over the American people.
No wonder the best you had to offer in November was a guy who said he would solve unemployment by creating employment. The same guy who didn't care about 47% of Americans just so he can raise money.
It's amazing what you right wing extremists stand for.
What we stand for is much of that 47% being able to take care of themselves. But as we both know, as long as half of the people in this country are partially or fully supported by the federal government, many of them will vote Democrat.

It's the cart theory we right-wingers like to use. When everybody is pulling an empty cart, the cart flies down the street. When people who get tired of pulling the cart jump in the cart, the cart moves slower because there are less people pulling it. As more people jump in the cart, it eventually comes to a halt.

Well..... America is nearly at a halt. Not only are half the people dependent on government, they pay no federal income taxes either. With DumBama's expansion of SS disability, food stamps, and free cell phones, he placed portable steps into the slow cart for even more people to get in.

So what happens when that cart stops? Greece.

You are correct

Even liberals are running from these moronic liberal taxes

There share holders report said they will save billions in taxes

Liberals have no problem with their own escaping taxes and regulations. Need I remind people of Al Gore's recent financial transactions? Maybe where John FFFFFF Kerry docked his boat to escape taxes? Ohhh, and I almost forgot! That Presidential contender John Edwards who used his legal savvy to escape paying Medicare taxes.

The list goes on and on.

Thank you for illustrating how badly education is failing in California.

Try this chart http://economistsview.typepad.com/economistsv...

You may want to pay close attention. Where the lines separate correspond exactly to when the microcomputer was invented. Great advances in production automation have been made eliminating jobs. http://www.ourcoloradonews.com/business/growt...

How much of the point youíve attempt to make is the result of technology?

Our government does indeed have a spending problem. You canít continue to spend in excess of revenue.

Lol, if we are going to do that, why not start with restricting the right to vote to those that actually pay taxes.
That should stir some emotion.

Right now cons are restricting the right to vote for Americans.

I think we should start at the basic before going to the incrementally more complex.
