post, moron - based on the initial reports.
A nut with a gun, enabled by extremist gun nuts.
Maybe you gun-grabbers should wait for all the facts before you start your histrionics. Neither a shotgun or a 9mm are military style weapons.

This is too funny....All the news outlets were all fired up about another assault rifle attack!!!
All the lib news hounds were in a tizzy fit, Obama fainted, Hillary farted, and weiner went limp....Then they found out it was just a shotgun.. Guess they should wait for all the facts to come out before jumping on a story.

Idiot,
This is how the SCOTUS interpreted the "well regulated" provision and I agree.
The Court stated that the right to keep and bear arms is subject to regulation, such as concealed weapons prohibitions, limits on the rights of felons and the mentally ill, laws forbidding the carrying of weapons in certain locations, laws imposing conditions on commercial sales, and prohibitions on the carrying of dangerous and unusual weapons. It stated that this was not an exhaustive list of the regulatory measures that would be presumptively permissible under the Second Amendment.
Is taken DIRECTLY from the ruling of the SCOTUS.

Wrong again, liar. The phrase 'well regulated' was not the reason the SCOTUS claims guns can be regulated. Only a dumb communist would think like that.

Guns can be regulated, but you can have as many as you want. I am sure the gangbanger that shot up the park in Chicago registered his gun like a good little Obama voter. And I am just as sure the Chicago Keystone cops will clean up all the unregistered guns in the hands of the gangbangers in his city. Until you find a judge that allows police to stop, and frisk suspicious people you will have week end shootings every week end in this City.

Cops and SWAT teams are the same thing.

It does not matter what cops carry , 90 percent of the time they will be there after the fact.

Here's a little clue for the clueless. There is absolutley no difference in the functionality of the Remington 870 Tactical or Special Purpose and the Remington 870 Express (one of the most popular hunting shotguns for the last 50 years). NONE WHATSOEVER. It is just different hardware on the SAME RECEIVER and has no effect on how the gun operates.

Really? I see you know little about Swat teams. In our jurisdiction they are made of of municipal police officers, detectives, and county sheriff who do not hold municipal police status.

Unless they are psychic cops it would be impossible to be there BEFORE a crime happens right???????

18" vs 28" just a little?

you forgot break action vs pump in most cases as well

Using your comparison I guess a 22 Semi auto LR is on par with an AR, both being rifles, semi auto, and an extended clip.

Don't see many cops using them however
