But you're on to something, the problem isn't when an individual makes one gun that is not intended to be used in any way that affects interstate commerce, the problem is when one has a factory that will make thousands of guns. Anyone who has read Wickard v. Filburn knows that at a certain point, even a farmer who grows grain reaches a point where their productivity affects interstate commerce. A single transfer of firearm, between citizens of a state, does not affect interstate commerce, prima facia.make guns in every state?
