It means "wrapping".sort of new not sort of new the ing part is the English balutan is the chamoru part kinda funny when u hear a chamoru saying it this is not the only chamoru word that is said like this there are others

Balutan can be used in any situation but preferably when your at a party,christening,rosary,weddi nd, means "to wrap".mañgiñgi means"to show respect to the elders by holdind their hand and say not or Nora".
