The Obama crew (Morningstar) told Borisov to kill
the Burgas-Alexandroupolis pipeline. Borisov obliged.
Bulgaria's sigmature on international contracts means nothing.
Greece will also suffer financial losses as it is a co-ownwer of the project.
It remains to be seen how the greeks will react toward Bulgaria.

The Burgas-Alexandropolis has a great and I mean really great opposition in Bulgaria, almost everybody is against it because it is a great danger for our ecology and tourism and we practically gain nothing from it (I heard about some funny 20 mln USD/year) and we can lose billions if an accident happens. There was even a referendum in Burgas and people voted against the pipeline. It's in the interest of Bulgaria and the Bulgarian people this project to be abolished and the former goverment who signed this contract to be investigated for corruption.
