Discouraged Daly pondering retirement after 88

Playing for the sixth straight week on a road trip that has taken him to five countries, John Daly felt as though he hit rock bottom Friday with his worst score ever in a regular PGA Tour event that left him wondering whether he should quit.

This poor guy has struggled with his game and his self for a long time. John needs to take a year off, then go to Q school and start all over in a year. He can come back!

When Roger Federer is overweight like John Daly and eligible for social security like Tom Watson he might just join the PGA Tour so he still has a good chance at wining Majors?
