Westwood may not feel that he has to prove he is #1 but he does. The question for him is, "why haven't you won a Major and isn't that necessary in order to truly be ranked #1?

I want to hear more speculation about what Tiger Woods has to don to retake the #1 spot just like they did during this year to overtake Tiger. If I don't hear that question then I will know just how political the ranking system truly is.
