The main problem I saw watching the USC - Oregon game was that there did not seem to be any defense against Oregon's quarterback or receivers. They kept slicing through USC's defense like it was nothing. I felt this was coming after watching the USC - Notre Dame game. Although USC hung on an won the game---Notre Dame ran up a big score against them. You are not going to win football games by allowing the opposing teams to start scoring 30 points or more against your defense. You might luck out one week like USC did against Notre Dame---but then Oregon came around to bite them in the behind. When your defense starts letting opponents slice through it and keep scoring----then the offense comes under great pressure and starts getting rattled.

Need to commit to the run to open up the passing. Coaches are too concern about showcasing McKnight and Barkley. Also, Taylor Mays is playing not to get hurt. He's thinking 1st Round, not about winning.
