a golf session

We would like to inform some customers about the serious problems we encountered during the golf sessions that we booked through the National Golf School.
It was very expensive and the first day we had an instructor who was friendly but who seemed to have some personal prolbems and above all who had troubles playing golf.
Obviously this kind of experience does not fit with the 3600 Usd that we paid for a three days golf session for two commuters.
Even the prices were not properly detailed never on their mail nor on their website.
The prices were without states taxes and they added 8% more for the commuter rate
and 10% service fees that were never mentionned.
The foreigners like us want to know what is the total price before making a commitment.
We had already registered our request when we had this information.
It was too late to withdraw.
This is really unfair
