This was a wise move by the PGA. Perhaps we will hear more from Finchem on the decision making process in putting players on the clock. Is it possible the decision made was premature, particularly, if what Tiger said is true; 'after all the additional shots by Paddy they were still right behind the receding pairing (walking off the 18th green) when they finished the 17th hole?
