Liberty National is new to all the players. There was a log jam at the top of the leaderboard in the final two holes. Tiger missed the opportunity to win or force a playoff. If he had made his birdie on the 18th who knows what the pressure would have done to Mr. Slocum. Let's remember that Steve Stricker was at 9 under par until the 18th. He also misread a putt for bogey. All he needed was a par to force a playoff or a birdie to win.
National Liberty is tough but what visuals of NYC in the background, WOW! |
