Cabrera capitalizes on Perry's collapse

The Masters delivered the show everyone wanted and a champion no one expected. Angel Cabrera became the first Argentine to win the green jacket at Augusta National on Sunday by surviving a wild final round that began with a supercharged duel between Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson and ended with a stunning collapse by Kenny Perry.

It was hardly a "collapse." Perry led almost the whole way as Cabrera went up and down and up and down on the leader board. Perry missed some shots at the end and it cost him; Cabrera did not.

There's nothing wrong with Cabrera winning or Woods or Mickelson losing; the best part of the Masters was Woods and Mickelson charging up on the leaders with great shots until they fizzled at the end.
