How many people can you accommodate? I have booked a house on the same road as yours already and I need another. I have a total of 12 people including me needing accommodation. thanks for the replys. I am currently putting the finished touches on the new paint, and carpet and re doing a few other things.. light fixtures... ect.. I will post the pics for you guys soon to give an idea of what the iside looks like. I have four bedrooms, that would comfortable accomodate 8 but I can add a double bed in two rooms if needed to accoodae 12.

For those of you who asked, our house is situated on rural one acre lot and accomodates 8 or more. We are offering free transportation to the course, free satelite television, free internet, and our choice of snacks and drinks stocked for the week. We are also providing all towels, paper products, linens,etc. You will have your choice of sleeping accomodations and bed sizes. The house itself is a midcentruy tri level with a covered deck. We are at the end of a dead end street and offer a quiet rural enviroment. We also accpet pets if needed.

There is a rental deposit and contract, but we will also provide you with a signed agreement of exlusion stating that we have promised the home to you on those dates. There is also the option for evening catering and maid service provided by licensed and insured professionals. We are very close to all three major expressways. We are accepting offers on the rental fee and are not looking to get rich!

I may be interested in what you have on offer. From our golf club; eighteen of us are attending the Ryder Cup in 2008. How far are the houses from Valhalla? I would need to see each house and also would like them checked by the RyderCup-Accommodation company. Can you provide a linen service also? There is a full agenda organised for each day so the houses would be vacated for the duration of the day, only used at night.

The rentals will be governed by Kentucky law and all ethics requirements for me as a Realtor. I do not know anything about RyderCup-Accomodations but I will look into it. It would be best if you shot me an email at [e-mail] with specifics of your group (how many beds/bedrooms needed,# of homes needed, etc..) Also, I can certainly help with your activities here in Louisville as I am a native. I have access to homes that range the entire spectrum, from within walking distance to the outskirts of town in a quite setting. We have a large executive style home we are renting for the week of Ryder Cup. It is 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The greatest aspect of this house is the location. It is 1.6 miles from Valhalla( 3 minute drive), and within walking distance of restaurants, a coffee house, Walgreens, and other shopping. It has 2 family rooms, multiple tv's with cable service, high speed internet, and a wet bar. Relax on the covered porch or in the Study between rounds. This house would be great for large family groups, golf country club groups or Corporate groups. Reply if you are interested.
