2008 LPGA tournament may be last at Columbia Edgewater

I was just curious, if the LPGA gave any reason for discountinuing the tour stop in Portland, OR? As it is the only tour stop by the LPGA in the Northwest since the Safco Classic was stopped. Just does not add up unless of course it is only a financial deal, and then you know why and no more is needed.
