The Importance of Golf Backswing

The backswing is one of the moves that are taken for granted in golf. As everyone focuses much on the downswing wherein the club comes in contact with the ball, this type of golf swing seemed to have been overlooked by some players, not heeding the fact its importance to the rest of the stroke. A backswing helps to achieve consistent contact with the ball. However, tension build up, and having so much inside the mind while on the inert position before executing a swing could prove disadvantageous to a steady contact. So it is important to learn some golf backswing tips to further understand the importance of using proper stances and techniques.
Once you get the proper grip, you take the club back in "one-piece", with the shoulders taking the club back, not your hands.
