Golf requires a great deal of skill, mental discipline and patience to be good at it. You need to have good hand-eye coordination, stability, athletic function and be a creative thinker. You can search for all the best golf tips and endure endless numbers of golf lessons but you still can't seem to create any consistency.

With enough practice, anybody can shoot into the 80's for a round of golf. Now, of course if you are currently shooting in the 90's or higher, you just need to get a firm grasp of the fundamentals. Once you have the fundamentals down it just takes a little bit of practice with best golf clubs. The resource below will give you all the tools you need to get yourself into the 80's first. But if you are already shooting in the 80's and want to take that next step, the resource below will help you achieve it.

Because your mental game affects how you break 80, you must play each and every golf shot before you tee off. If you can see where you want the ball to land in your mind, you will be surprised how the body reacts. The body responds very in tune with the brain and you will learn how to break 80 faster this way than any instructional golf video or golf instructions at your local golf course. If your game is in the 90 or above range, you may think its impossible to learn how to break 80, and you are right. If you tell your mind it is impossible, your brain will find ways to prove you right. So change your mindset is first and foremost when learning how to break 80.

You must be able to play the short game. I never would've broken 80 if I had not learned how to putt and chip well with taylormade rbz. I still don't do well in the sand, so I stay away from it. Going back to mental, if I land in the sand, my mind is already saying bogey or worse.

Hitting bad shots can emotionally and mentally ruin your round and enjoyment of the game. Learn a bulletproof method to not only handling these tough times, but also turning them into opportunities for lower scores. If you can play more consistently by avoiding those waste shots you will be in 70's faster. It requires lots and lots of concentration and dedication.

Ask any serious golfer and they will tell you that the ones who can break 80 are looked up to at the country clubs. It's almost a kind of fraternity that there is only one way you can get into. The good news is you can go from shooting mid 80's to shooting in the 70's in a short amount of time if you just follow a few simple methods. Any one who shoots in the 80's can easily tell you how they should be shooting in the 70's with burner 2.0 irons. It's just a matter of shaving off those few strokes that always put you over where you want to be.

Without gaining enough practice, it is not possible to shoot in to 80's for round of golf. If you currently belong to the 90's group, a firm grip of fundamentals will work out for you.

It took me 5 years to learn how to break 80 in golf. It all started with what was inside of me. Everyone has the ability to shave a ton of strokes off their game, but without some practice both physically and mentally, it will never happen. If you are happy shooting 3-digit scores, then keep at it, but if you want to compete with the big boys, then get to work.
