What do you know about Christian Litigation?

A prominent example of Christian litigation is that of the Apostle Paul who considered himself happy before King Agrippa,“because I know thee to be an expert in all customs and questions which are among the Jews.” Having acquired an in depth knowledge and understanding in the back drop of a case can certainly have a beneficial effect upon the state of mind of a litigant when the controversies and why the Jews were violently jealous of the Christians and their message are known by the public servant. Acts 26:3

King Yeshua whom the peoples of the religions call by the defective name Jesus gave orders to his disciples how they should conduct themselves during the course of their ministry and when brought into the legal systems as Defendant/Respondent they were required to self-represent without advance preparation for the purpose of a witness. A cursory read of at least the cited scriptures it becomes apparent judicials and others would hear inspired* audible communications from the God of all the nations. Mathew 10:5, 17-20

When persecuted they were to “flee to another city” Mathew 10:23

Corporate religion relies heavily upon Paul’s legal adventures where he defended himself before Roman Judicials then made an illogical appeal request to Caesars Court. The business of religion has broaden the “appeal” to include initiating litigation as the aggressor Plaintiff-Complainant even going as far as complaining to political institutions when their rights are violated unlike the Apostle Paul who never made formal complaint against any public servant. Acts 16:37 Acts 22:25

This is kind’ a thin but, although, Paul is an expert in Jewish law he being a Pharisee he did not use his presence before the Sanhedrin, the High Court of the Jewish legal system to complain about the violation of his Jewish rights or the violence suffered at the hands of the Jews. Acts 21:32 2Corinthians 11:23 Acts 22:3, 30

To me it doesn’t sound too outlandish in offering the complaining Christians the opportunity to be tried in accordance with the orders King Yeshiva proscribed in connection with his Father and their God.

*Luke 21: 14, 15
