Georgian economic disaster

What we came to, the OSCE economic forum will be held in Georgia, the country that doing some amazing things to its economy, like stopping vegetables production... Just some statistics, in 2011 import of potatoes was 20 times higher than in 2010. It's a catastrophe because according to experts Georgia can meet its own requirements of potatoes and vegetables itself but no, its government prefers to buy them in Turkey. But it's a half of the problem. I work for company that import greengrocery to Georgia and we can't do it without any obstacles because we have to give bribes to Georgian officials, in other way there is no opportunity to provide population of the country with fruits and vegetables... I can only guess how common Georgians feel themselves with such economic policy of Georgian government that led the country towards agricultural disaster. So holding the OSCE economic forum in country which economy is racking and ruining is a bad idea...
