The state of montana went to video gaming in 1979. Seems that the people that can least afford it are the ones putting money in the machines. So if chicago wants to have more people with out food & on food stamps then video gaming is for you. These gamblers will be feeding the machines rather than their children. If you think it doesn't effect retail you are wrong. When they could be purchasing a new mattress for their children they very well may be feeding it into the machine. Its a vicious cycle.
