When GM was losing money hand over fist they negotiated with the UAW and cut the worker's pay to keep the costs in line and keep the company from going under. Those people actually work for a living. USPS workers are some of the laziest $25 an hour making people I have ever seen. Cut them down to $20 an hour and USPS wouldn't have a bit of problem with budget shortfalls.
Run that shit like a business and quit wasting money on paying your people way more than they're worth.

ABSOLUTELY as with ANY business sometimes wages are adjusted because of conditions and I have had that in a job I had.....in the real world that can and does happen.
This a thing in private companies called OPERATING EXPENSE and this is wages -benefits-utilities rent etc and all expenses and bottom line when OPERATING EXPENSES are out of control they have to be restrained...for survival.
