I think that police departments are and have always been aware of the activity of poker games, its ironic that since Police unions are for legal gambling we are suddenly hearing about poker games, next we'll hear about how we MUST make gambling legal in order to cut down on crime.

Rare occasion where all players go "all in" and there's no winner.

Poker has been played like this for years, it's legal... I agree that guy who "happened" to be at the $75000 heist too is in on this. Cute comment Jack!

There's more to the story than this...I can tell you. The question I ask is, "How did the heisters know?" Someone was shooting off their mouths about the game prior OR the person who was at the first game where $75,000 was taken just happens to be at the next $11,000 score....coincidence???? I wold do a little digging into that character's past---PRONTO

like I Always say, people....

well considering there are only so many poker games it makes it kinda easy that one guy is at both games. it also says that the game was listed on a pokar web sight anyone can go to that web site and get info on time and place it is being held. i just find it hard that all these people were so reluctant to give up their money and take off their pants ida died fighting

It's funny that these guys even got into the building. Hampton House is one of those buildings that you have to buzz people in through the front door after they call your apartment. The only ones to blame are the guys who let them in. So the people that got robbed either knew the guys that did it or they are totally ignorant and don't care about anyone's safety for letting in people that they didn't know!

it was probably cops who ripped them off. to make up a reason we should legalize safe gambling casinos where this (cough) will not happen.

The guy that was at both games is 100% not in on it. Its frustrating to read that this has been suggested. When this game started he actually went to the host early the first game and talked to him about security. He is a good family man and business owner. The thing about home games is you have to advertise. You have to find players to come. All it takes is one bad apple to get invited and then set it up. Maybe you didn't see that the guy that was at both heists was ruled out as a suspect and the robbers from the 75k score have been arrested.

I'm going to go ahead and say Dani is probably a coward. The guys who speak so boldly about how they would do this and that if a gun was to their heads, are usually the first ones to pee their pants and beg for their lives. Just thought I'd throw that out there. Carry on, gentlemen!
