When I was a kid in the late 70's/early 80's, I had this neat looking game that we played in the dark. It had a black plastic thing in the center with a bulb inside. It came with clear plastic 'crystals' in different colors that connected to each other, and the light from the center thing would light up the crystals as you attached them together. I vaguely remember the game being space-themed, maybe. Can't remember anything else. Does anyone have any idea what this game was called, or any details? I've searched the internet and ebay to no avail. Thanks!

Someone told me that it sounds like I'm describing Lite Brite, so here's a revision: It's definitely a board game. The black thing with a light in it was supposed to be a starbase or space station or something, I think. The crystals kind of resemble 20-sided-dice and plug into each other. They light up simply by the light from the center thing passing through them. Hope this helps!

When I was younger, my mom got me this game where you had to make up fast food orders. There was a large plastic spinner that held the "orders" (I also remember it being yellow) and it came with various plastic pieces of food such as burger pieces, fries, it even had little plastic blobs of mayo. The only thing I remember having to do is to put the order together using the pieces... I have searched and searched typing in various words and I cannot find anything....your input would be appreciated. Thanks!

When I was younger we played a game , I think it was called cascade. It was a tall plastic flat piece standing about 12" tall. It had wheels that were like gears that you would spin balls , the object was to get your balls to the bottom before the other person . I've searched the internet & ebay with no luck ..can anyone help?

I'm looking for a boardgame that you used icecubes on little feet and moved around the board. Some of the consequences were, you got salt poured on your cube, or hot water, etc. Anyone know the name of the game?

Hi, remembering back to the eighties myself, does anyone remember the name of the "game" (it was more of a one-player to be honest!" Where you had a black board lit from behind. You popped little bits out using a wand so the light shone through and made pictures. Then (WOW!) you could make the light turn and create different colours. Truly amazing! Ring any bells with anyone? Rainbow lights or something i think.
