giving away level 138 runescape account. and giving away free money

i am number 14 on runescape hiscores and i am a little tired of it because i have 99 in every stat, i will give this account to anyone who wants it for a lower level account, i will also give any items as long as you e-mail me your username and password since i cannot trade over a certain amount of gold, mu e-mail is [e-mail] and for those who can think his is a scam i don't care because I know it is not. for the first person who e-mails me their username and password gets my level 138 account fro free.
