The steps are per the S500: See www.IICRC.com
Step 1: Remove as much water as possible thru extraction
Step 2: Evaporation, high air movement creates evaporation. The standard is 1 air mover for every 10-14 feet of wet walls
Step 3: Dehumidification removal of water in the air caused by evaporation. The key is matching the correct dehu for the size of the area to be dried
Step 4: Temperature Control: Dehuís work the best when the temperature is above 80
Remember wet will always move to dry if it can. So make the air very thirsty and the moisture will move from the building materials, into the air and down the draim
