Check it out, even with a worldwide recession, CO2 emissions increase. It might be impossible to reduce emissions.

My family and I were in japan last year and it was a clean and peaceful place to stay. Japan has a very hight technology standard when it comes on computer or even a simple gadget (like calculator). The tourist spots are really beautiful and clean. The only problem there is the language barrier, almost half of the population don't know how to speak english, so the only solution to that problem is to either bring a translator with you or learn how to speak basic japanese. By the way, we're planning to visit japan this july and I'm searching about what's new in japan now. I found this site asia(dot)com/flights-country-i nfo/tokyo and Im still searching some facts about japan.
