THANKYOU SO MUCH! This helped me and my brother out immensely! His iPod completely froze and we used your method which worked well, thankyou again:)

I was just wondering if you do that, which i have done, numerous times, and it never goes back to normal it just stays with the apple on the screen. Need help? Cheers.

I had a 30gb that was doing that and would freeze or just cut out in the middle of playing. I also noticed that my battery wasn't lasting as long as it used to, so I replaced the battery and haven't had that trouble.

My husband's ipod did the same thing and I tried this...it worked!!You are awesome, THANK YOU and I will definitely spread the word!

You may reset or restore your iPod for a try, this can fix many general iPod problems. Or you may take a look at this iPod FAQ, it's informative.
