The competitive edge has always caused the woman to speak out . In days gone by it became a nightmare to have to travel by vehicle to a conference with a member of the opposite gender. Nightly dinner excuses were common.

So, having read this story, she felt it was OK to involve herself in some else's conversation and then she has the audacity to claim she is the one being harmed?
She should have been told the old cliche, "This is an A-B conversation, so C your way out."
