C'mon Larry...say it isn't so. What sort of mess could you possibly have gotten yourself into? When the Feds investigate, they have to have something substantial to do so. Of course, they've been wrong before....hope, hope, hope. Is your former co-anchor making false claims and using tactics to divert publicity from herself? Can't wait for the details. I'm pullin' for you, guy!

This is not a good thing, true or untrue.
But, he's still innocent until proven otherwise.

Is it possible to sue for intentional infliction of emotional distress if these allegations are verified ?

What is the big deal? Was it her home computer or her work computer? I have access to all my employees emails at work using a remote connection. If they have personal emails sent to work that is their problem.

Is CBS biased? The day the news broke about Lane CBS reported it first, that day. Funny, the other stations have reported the news about Mendte, still waiting for CBS to comment!

So Larry Mendte-dent, just what have you been up to? Or maybe it was Wifey Dawn and Larry doesn't have a clue? Something about that couple just doesn't seem "right."

If the Feds are involved, it must be a big deal. They wouldn't waste their time just to try to embarrass a couple of local news personalities. I read from another source that Mendte had accessed Lane's personal Yahoo mail account without her permission, which is sort of akin to wiretapping. If it were her CBS3 email account, it wouldn't be such an issue.

It would be really funny if the Feds found some kinky tranny bdsm pr0n on Larry's pc

Maybe Larry is the person who provided the copy of the email from Eisen's wife to Page Six in NYC? It is all too silly and so much like high school!

Why is this not "Breaking News" Top Story of the night? Why hasn't any reporter visited Larry at home? Why haven't they shown Larry's home on the news?

If it were a police officer, this would have been the breaking news story of the night, followed by a visit to the officers house.

The officer wold have been guilty until proven innocent, why is Larry innocent until proven guilty?

Hmmmmm...I have to agree. The FBI won't full around. Something serious has to be going on for them to get involved, but I have to agree, that Alicia Lane doesn't seem's very immature and probably did involve herself in this somehow!....and YES!..THEY are WAY to OLD for this stuff!

I agree with you. Alycia Lane doesn't not seem well balanced. I would be shocked to find out the he did something that was really wrong. Makes our lives seem boring....but I'll keep it that way!

This broad isn't wrapped too tight! Everything has to be all about her, and she'll hurt anyone else just to get her audience.

When you pay people hundreds of thousands to be a peronality instead of journalist... CBS 3 has created this problem!
Maybe he's done ther things before but this time management can't look the ther way when the feds come walking in! Sorry think they are both up to their eye balls in this Larry I know innocent till proven guilty - but these are the FEDS! u did something... Alycia I bet couldn't hide her excitement when she found ut and the lawyers are the one's who are really hitting it big on this one!
