Toshiba bluetooth stack and PIM transfer

I had an HP vista laptop with an old Kensington USB dongle. I had Broadcom's latest software and i loved the easy setup for the PIM transfer to outlook. I just need to sync my calendar items from my cell phone (casio brigade) to outlook.
well that laptop crashed and i got a toshiba with windows 7 and a built in bluetooth chip. it has the latest toshiba bluetooth stack and that stack doesnt have the PIM transfer capability. i have tried installing broadcoms software to no avail (i don't know why but i keep getting some weird issue so it won't install the software AND it doesn't seem to work with the built in chip). i even looked up 3rd party PIM transfer program and 3rd party bluetooth software, but i feel uneasy about it.
anyone have suggestions on how i can set up anything so i can sync my calendar from my phone through BT to outlook? i can't do any syncing through an interent server due to the fact i don't have an internet connection or cell phone coverage most the time where i work. but any recommendations on other bluetooth software (3rd party or not) would be great.
