Bluetooth switcher on motorcycles

I am trying to find a gadget that can sort bluetooth communication between one headset and several (>1) bluetooth gadget (cell, music, PMR radio, ecc).

You may not know it, but after bluetooth intercom, the next thing is communication between different motorcycles (sometimes group of 6-10).
Problem is that each driver has his own brand of headset (helmet), with incompatible bluetooth.
The solution is the use of PMR radio, like the Midland G8BT (with bluetooth). But the headset (I think...slave) will connect either to the cell or to the PMR radio and you need to do pairing each time you will change.
Wouldn't be nice a box that will pare with the headset and that has different bluetooth channels to keep other things always connected?
