You need to check out the Wayne City Council Budget meeting that was held a couple of weeks ago. The Youth Assistance Direct violated the boys confidential rights on tv and this was admitted by the city manager on the budget meeting on May 22nd.

I am Bill and Carlos's brother and they been screw ups all there life. Always not listening and doing things they wanted to do. My parents did everything they could to change there life around. They both started smoking and drinking and doing drugs when they were 14 and they were just messed up, but I know alot of kids in wayne/westland area are like that to but not stupid like my brothers. They would be locked up in the house not allowed to go anywhere or do anything, we even took there door's down so they had no privacy. They went to consuling and bill was on meds for his bi polar. Bill getting in all kinds of trouble with my parents and even stole my dad's wayne gretsky rookie card and sold it for $1200 at some card shop. Not only that but stealing expansive christmas gifts and selling them. I have no idea what he was trying to buy or do with all the money, he never kept anything here. Carlos is just a wannabe, always following people and trying to act tough. He's just a stupid kid who justs follows his own rules and show off in front of people. He is a big shit talker but never did anything. When this all happend I was at Parris Island, SC going through basic training for the USMC. When my dad told me what happend I thought it was a joke. I didn't even think they would end up killing someone. I don't know the whole story nor have I talked to my brothers about it, just what I have heard and gatherd. The only way I could think of this is if the guy started the fight due to the fact he didnt know what was going to happen. They wouldnt go up to someone and start attacking him unless he did something to piss off bill extremly. I've seen bill go through his phase when he gets extremly pissed or upset about something and punch holes through walls and punch the mirrors but not a person, he wouldnt do that. I don't know what the bussness with them and this guy was but it wasnt going to be a robbery or death, it just lead to beating him up and of the 3 I can see carlos saying "lets take his cash" or some shit like that, it's something he would do. But I dont beleive the 3 started the fight.

I have known Christopher and his family his whole life. My heart goes out to him and his family. Christopher has been raised in a church background his whole life. He was simply at the wrong place at the wrong time and is now being charged with murder one and facing life in prison. For a crime the that was committed by two brothers. Christopher does deserve judgement, but I've known him his whole life he is not capable of murder he is full of life. We pray that God will be his judge and attorney and by this the truth will be set free. We leave this in God's hands because this is too much for us to handle. This is a hear-say case with no actual witnesses. And according to my calculations everything on this web page is based on the brothers. MY GOD THEIR OWN BROTHER PUT OUT A BLOG SAYING THEY WERE ALWAYS A NUCINCE IN TROBLE FROM THE UPPER PENNINSULA TO DETROIT!!!! Christopher was never mentioned. And we just ask in the name of Jesus that he be judge fairly. Sincerely Christophers guardian angel.

I worked with one of these 3 teens and I am in shock still. I work with many teens who are no good but william was one person who was never violent, who always listened to my directions and often expressed his plans for the future. He is a caring person who never let anyone get upset at work or feel down. There has to be more to this than what is being said. This teen was very mature for his age. I dont believe it was premediated or something these kids thought was fun, but maybe there was more to the story. I know william and he wouldnt hurt anyone, i know this for a fact. At work when a situation looked bad (two kids arguing or fighting) william always either stayed out of it or tried to change the topic. he avoided situations like that at all cost. I dont blame michigan, or anyone but i do plead for all to get all the facts and see all aspects of this case before its too late becuase maybe all 3 teens are not at fault maybe just in the wrong place at wrong time with wrong people.
Uhm... I know billy real well and he is a drug addict/dealer, rapist, womanizer, and a thug.

Something that many missed is that one of these brothers is BiPolar. The other may be as well. I currently deal with some members of my family that are BiPolar. This can come in all ranges from very mild to raging. Is that an excuse to kill? No, but it could be the reason. BiPolar disorder is a mental illness and is just a few stages below schizophrenia. Treatment and support are what controls that. I am sure the mom did the best she could with stripping them of every part of their privacy and things (all of those things border on abuse to be compounded on top of the bipolar disorder) THEIR IS NO EXUSE TO MURDER but before we get into blaming school districts (outragious!) or society or some other bullcrap excuse answer as we look for someone to blame for everything, lets look at the facts. There is mental illness involved here. I think it may be a good idea for their family to look at www.nimh.gov for more information about BiPolar disorder. I fell awful that this guy died. He shouldnt have had to. But with BiPolar disorder involved I also agree that it is not likely that this thing started over 3.00.

I checked the minutes for that meeting on line and there was nothing on the record in writing. The wonderful City of Wayne claims that they do not keep tapes on the Council Meeting...they say they tape over each meeting. What did the Youth Assistanct Director say?? The City needs to stop funding this so called program with tax payers money.

They are teens. They consciously knew what they were doing and still committed murder. They obviously cannot take responsibility for their actions, thus, they should be locked up. That way, someone else will make all thier decisions for them and they won't have to take responsibility for their actions. Call me heartless, but I'm a corrections officer myself and personally, I don't care what happened or what situation you were in. Murder is murder, no matter how you slice it. Have an ethical problem with the way I think? Go and try it yourself...just be sure to say hi when you appraoch your new home in my jail.

Christopher is not a saint. Anyone has the ablity to kill. He was not at the wrong place at the wrong time! He decided to live at a drug dealing house. He grabbed a pipe and beat this man to death in front of his parents house witha total of 22 witnesses. this is not a hear say case, this 17 year old man is going to be judged for HIS actions in front of God and yes I hope justice is served! ***Respond to your comment*** This man was around town all the time. He was about 135 lbs and found unarmed according to the reports. Nearly every part of his body had a broken bone. He was kicked in the head and ribs and beaten with a pipe. These guys were looking for bigger kicks. At some point they HAD TO KNOW BEYOND A SHADOW OF A DOUBT THAT THIS MAN COULD NOT LIVE THIS VILOINT ACT!!!

According to a jail house snitch Christopher told his cellmate that he did everything and bill and carlos didn't know what they were doing at all. They were just there helping him or some shit and he was going to kill him. Afterall bill and carlos didn't use any weapon and chris was armed with a bike peg. I guess chris just wanted to act the tough guy.

i stumbled upon this forum earlier; and after reading all these post, i couldnt do anything but laugh. Barely anyone practices proper grammer, or any form of punctuation. Then I thought, "how could this be?"...after about 20 seconds of thinking to myself I came to the obvious conclussion, Oh Yea! its Wayne-Westland. These teenagers are going to trial for second degree murder...and that's that. The facts will come out, as the trial goes on. Saying this and that about how or why they may have committed this awful crime is pointless. The courts dont care about how "horrible" your life was; or how bad your schools might have been...They care only about the issue at hand, which in their case is a big one. Schools were bad? Police are mean towards teens around here?- Tough sh!t, that's life. It's easy for people to point the finger and say its someone elses fault. But I attented these schools, as well as thousands of other kids, yet I dont have violent rages, or drug addictions. It's not about what youre given to live with, its about what you do with what you're given...These kids chose a different route, they chose to blame the "system" and hate the police. The attitude they had got them exactly where they were bound to be. Who cares if the man they murdered had horrible habbits and didnt benefit society; He was still obligated to live his life they way HE chose. If he in some way harmed them or provoked the attack, then sure...it's a different story. But for those saying this might be self defense...No. It's going to be damn near impossible to prove that. Self Defense only goes so far. You are allowed by law to defend yourself till the threat is immobilized. This doesn't grant you the abiltiy to beat someone death, EVEN if they swung on you first. I know this case very well, I've been interested in it since I found out who was involved. This man was not armed, so in turn it will be difficult to say lethal force was nessacary in this situation.

it doesnt matter how much of a mess up somebody is. i dont care how much of a druggie that man was or an alcohlic or whatever, that doesnt change the fact that somebody was KILLED. i cant believe that some people are thinking that they can cut down who this man was in order to try and state that what those kids did is tolerable. A MAN DIED. people dont have the right to place a certain persons life below others because they made decisions that were bad for them and therefore try and make it sound like what those teens did was legit. and you cant blame the government or anybody else for what those teens did. Everybody in the united states knows that killing another person is not fine, that there are consequences for taking a life, even if some people think that it wasnt a good life. thoses teens knew what they were doing was wrong, and i feel like they didnt mean for him to die, but if they werent willing to take the chance and suffer the consequences then they should have never started any of this in the first place. its sad that people cant just say what those teens did was morally wrong, instead they have to try and blame it on something or someone. i mean, there are millions of people suffering from poverty and i dont see all of them killing people for three dollars.
LOOK BITCH GET UR SHIT STR8 CUZ IF SOME ONE CAME AT ME WITH A KNIFE THEN I WOULD TRY M,Y HARDEST TO HURT THEM TO THE MAN WAS COMEIN AT THEM BOYS TO KILL THEM N IT JUST ENDED UP THE OTHER WAY AROUND THEY DIDNT MEAN TO KILL HIM GOD DAMN

First off I can not speak on billy I dont know him. But Carlos, he was the funniest kid ever. He seemed really innocent and just an all around fun loving kid. He was very funny. He doesnt deserve to be locked up. Hes a good kid. Jail is way way too harsh. And Chris.. he is my ex boyfriend. He did and still does mean alot to me. Chris talked big alot, but I knew he'd never hurt a fly. These kids are innocent, and the incident is very unfourtunate, but Im sure it was a blatent misshap. They deserved to be freed and given a 2nd chance.
